The odds for a seed , with the rain not falling, the birds, and other obstacles that could hamper the growth, the Oklahoma farmer continues to do his work.
Something I dislike is being naked in public... don't think I am alone in that one somehow :-)

Comparison living is a huge thief of joy. It's also seeks to steal our contentment with what God has already blessed us with!
It's very detrimental to you and I and yet it's promoted in our society as something to be sought after. We compare ourselves with one fad or fashion to another. One gadget to the next. One person's life and or ability to another's. Another's relationships with our own.
We compare ourselves to others often and yet God has called us only to be who we are and who we are in Christ! To compare ourselves to His standards and not this world's standards because God is our standard setter and bearer!
As for me, I can only be me... A follower of Christ who is growing in grace and hopefully growing daily in the wisdom and knowledge of Him. I can only do my part to do better at watering my relationships.
I also can't be any of the well known / big named ministers... I can only be who I am in Christ. I need only to water the grass, the ground He's planted me in and be faithful to do what He's called me to!
Same applies to you. You can only be who you are in Christ and seek after Him to direct your path. You can only do your part to do better to water the relationships you are a part of. You also need to stop comparing yourself to anyone and just be you as God is shaping you into His masterpiece day by day.
The truth is... Grass only grows green if it is watered and the soil cultivated. So water and cultivate my friend and as you do, I believe you will start to see the grass on your side grow healthier and greener!

Bear Fruit...!?
With nothing else to do I ranted about "bear fruit" for days after...searched on the internet and all sorts. Bear fruit! HAH.
In many projects I've done in the marketplace there have been what is referred to as a "check and adjust". It typically happens when you've implemented a project and once processes or whatever you implemented have been running for a given time and then you check (assess) how things are working and if they are working. This can be done for extended periods of time as well. Then if needed, you adjust the things that need to be adjusted so that things are running smoothly and you're meeting the objectives.

In the life a follower of Christ we have to do a "Check and Adjust" as well regarding our lives and walks and it's definitely an ongoing and sometimes daily thing.

We have to assess our walk with Christ including the fruit we are bearing.
_
We can assess many things such as: Are we bearing fruit and is fruit good fruit? Are we living our lives in obedience and faith or not? Are we living our lives in a Christ like manner? Are bearing fruit through the life He's blessed us with in such a way that we are pointing right back to Him as we're hopefully representing Him in this world? Are we actively growing? Are we actively seeking to know and be like Jesus?

Whatever you are doing, please take time to examine the fruit you are bearing as He didn't give you and I this life so we can waste it, rather, He gave us this life because we can bear good fruit for His Kingdom and glory and for our good and the good of others.
