Happy New Year!!

I am back at work today after a great holiday! I have mentioned this previously but I can not explain how amazing I feel right now. Last year at this time I was full of negative energy and felt as if I had lost control and was being held over the edge of a cliff at someone else's mercy. I took back my life, got rid of the negative and right now I am feel full of love, gratitude and happiness.

Once you get rid of the cement blocks tied to your legs and you don't need to struggle to keep your head above water, you get a much clearer view of yourself and the world.

I have released those cement blocks, and have realized how much stress they were causing me, but I was so focused on keeping my head above water I didn't realize what the cause of it was. This holiday I truly felt the love and joy and happiness, rather than just going through the motions of the holidays. I know that I was fragile and just trying to get through each day last year. I am a modest person, but in my personal growth I am also trying to appreciate myself more and be proud of myself for what I went through. I may have broken, but every time I got right back up and put the pieces back together, over and over again until they stuck. I never stayed down for long. I keep being told that it is admirable and inspiring how I didn't let it completely break me down. I kept my head up, and didn't let my emotions control me. I just powered forward and did what needed to be done, took control of the situation. For me this seems like the only logical option, however it took a lot out strength and courage and very hard decisions. It was 100% worth it. i believe that we all have this strength and courage, we just need to believe in ourselves. All those quotes about in the end everything will be okay, and that you need to let go of the negative and bad things in your life and then all the good things will come in are so absolutely true. Our society loves instant gratification, so we expect things as fast as our internet service provider can load them, and even sometimes that isn't fast enough for us.

It's a new year, a blank slate. Stop and smell the roses, seriously, DO IT! Take the time to enjoy all the moments, be present as much as possible. And if you have a bad day, don't worry, you always have the choice to start again.

Ban đầu tâm trạng cũng kiểu như thế này.. Dần dần chai đi thì thành ra quen.. Quá quen :d

Cũng buồn nhiều lắm nhưng giờ lại thấy không còn quan trọng nữa..

Có những lần cố đấm ăn xôi rồi cũng chả khác nào tự đấm vào tim mình là mấy..

Có những lần mong chờ mơ mộng thì lại hụt hẫng gấp vạn.. Vẫn cứ tỏ ra là không bận tâm gì nhưng mà chạnh lắm..

Còn có những lần làm ngơ đi, thản nhiên mặc kệ.. Dù rằng đã chuẩn bị tâm lí trước đó rồi nhưng chs vẫn không tránh nổi lúc vào xem phần tin nhắn mà mặt ỉ xìu xìu như bánh đa thiu..

Trước giờ chưa baoh thấy bản thân bị coi thường và không đáng được tôn trọng như bâyh.. Có mở mồm ra nói thì lỗi sai vẫn chạy lon ton về phần mình..

Chả dám trách bởi vì cũng chả có tư cách để trách.. Suy cho cùng thì mọi thứ vẫn ổn là đã cảm thấy bản thân may mắn lắm rồi :)

Hôm nay ngồi mãi trên xe cũng thấy mỏi.. Chả biết đi đâu chỉ lập lờ đốt xăng mệt phết.. Rồi nhận ra đi đến đâu cũng bắt gặp, lướt qua đâu cũng thấy nhớ.. Phải công nhận là Hanoi này nhỏ bé thật !

Lúc này lại đang nghĩ xem hôm nay mình đã nghĩ những gì, đau đầu phết..

Một mớ bòng bong..

Việc này còn chưa nghĩ ra cách giải quyết thì đã phải lo đến chuyện kia sắp xảy đến rồi..

Nhiều lúc cũng ước mình có 3 đầu 6 tay để sắp xếp suy nghĩ mọi việc thì may ra tâm cũng an hơn một chút .. Nhưng mà lại sợ như vậy dị quá, bị kì thị thì khổ =)
