SD45's 3631,3616,and 3608 will be backing up towards the photographer to tie onto their eastbound train headed out of Binghamton N.Y. for Port Jervis N.Y. View is looking eastbound on the ex Erie main with the ex DL&W main leading to Scranton Pa.on the right. "BD" Interlocking controlled the crossings that allowed trains on the ex DL&W to cross over ex Erie rails in order to head to Syracuse and Utica N.Y.
