Medium rare UMI Flapsteak on Levain toast with Västerbotten cheese, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, Tzatziki, crispy bacon and spring onion.
I had lunch at A&W yesterday. You can choose a glass mug, which has to stay there, or a paper cup for your root beer. I like the mug, it's traditional, but I bring a travel mug to take home the soda I have left at the end of the meal.

Zutaten:
Weizen Tortilla
Frischkäse (Geschmack nach Wahl, bspw. Indsch)
Ramonasalat in feinen Streifen
Remoulade
2 Scheiben geräucherte Puten- oder Hähnchenbrust pro Wrap
BBQ-Sauce oder 4-5 EL mit 1 TL Sambal Oelek
Zubereitung:
Einen Wrap mit dem Frischkäse bestreichen, dabei etwa einen fingerbreit zum Rand freilassen.
Mit etwas Salat belegen.
Auf den Salat etwas Remoulade verstreichen.
Die Putenbrustscheiben nebeneinander in die Mitte legen und mit der BBQ-Sauce bestreichen.
Zum Schluss den Wrap rollen un din der Mitte schräg durchtrennen. Fertig!

I smoked these Baby Back Ribs until they were so tender they fell of the bone. I smoked them using Hickory and Red Oak. I call this method, HICK OAK lol

Went to the Beaches Ribfest, or the Beach BBQ & Brews Festival as they've renamed it this year.
Ate a lot of ribs and took so many pictures, people asked if I was with a newspaper! I felt kinda bad.
TED: "There! That diddunt take long, an' I mannidged the lot. It wuz very tasty AND I diddunt get any on me shirt! Now, may I see the dessert menu parakalo?"

Pulled Pork sandwich topped with sauce and some sliced onion. Pasta salad, baked beans. macaroni and cheese, potatoes au gratin and cowboy beans along with an oatmeal raisin cookie
The Sunday night special at Sister Bay Bowl in Sister Bay Wisconsin. Half a rack of ribs and three pieces of broasted chicken. The ribs were good, but the chicken was amazing! I had a breast included in with my meal and it had to be some of the juiciest white meat I've ever eaten. This meal also comes with a salad and a choice of potato. I chose hash browns.
