Down by the Mississippi you'll find a sizable "shed" that houses a loyal community of barbecue lovers and LIVE BLUES music. The house specialty is babyback ribs, which Guy calls "as tender as you can get." They also serve up some righteous chicken "wangs" and brisket in massive quantities.

Summer is here, and its time to BBQ. The gang of Plasticwood get together for some great music, food, and fun, fun, fun.
Dining table, dining table seating bench, seat cusions, pillows buffet table, fire pit, and bbq pit, are all handmade.

Interestingly, packages of blueberry and strawberries from Chinatown cost half as much as the big chain grocers.

A gas BBQ and some round glass cafe tables stacked against the wall outside a cafe at the UniSA North Terrace campus. The upturned legs of the table makes them look like alien stick figures of some kind.
Apologies to all my Flickr friends. I have been swamped at work lately, and it is all I can do to make myself post anything lately, much less even check my activity feed. I will resume looking at your work when things quieten again, which should be soon.

just a quick shot of the BBQ tonight. I spent the afternoon with family at my cousin Peter's celebration of life. Hard to believe he's been gone almost 2 years. It was so nice to see a gathering of people again remembering him and have some good conversation. Everything was delayed because of covid
