Eid ul-Fitr or Id-Ul-Fitr (Arabic: عيد الفطر ‘Īdu l-Fiṭr), often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", while Fiṭr means "to break the fast" (and can also mean "nature", from the word "fitrah") and so symbolizes the breaking of the fasting period

When people think of Bayram (Eid), they usually imagine long vacations and sweet getaways. But for me, it brings a completely different picture to mind: rearranging sofas, wiping down tables for the hundredth time, fresh-scented laundry, and a non-stop cleaning marathon...
They say I'm meticulous, but I think I just love cleanliness and order. My home must always smell beautiful. My clothes shouldn’t just smell like they came out of a closet; they should feel like they were dried by a fresh spring breeze. Everything needs to be tidy. To be honest, the moment I spot a forgotten glass left on a table, a tiny alarm starts ringing inside my head!
Of course, in our traditions, Bayram (Eid)means a deep sense of care and effort. Grand tables are set, the finest plates are brought out, and traditional treats are prepared with love. No guest leaves hungry, no heart is left empty. Conversations linger, laughter multiplies, and old memories are relived... That is the part of the Eid season I truly adore.
But there’s always the flip side of the coin...
The guests leave. The front door closes. The house falls perfectly silent.
And I, as if that lively crowd was never even here, rewind everything back to the very beginning.
The dishes are washed, surfaces are wiped down, and everything goes right back where it belongs. The "second season" of the hard work I put in throughout Bayram begins. Sometimes I think cleanliness and I have an endless relationship; just when I think I'm letting go, it finds its way back to me.
But at the end of it all, when every single thing is in its rightful place, I give myself a little reward. I grab my coffee, light my cigarette, and sitting right there in the yard, I take a deep breath of that irreplaceable scent of pure order.
Right at that exact moment...
Bayram is truly over for me. ☕✨

Bazilarinizin da bildigi gibi 10.02.2008 tarihinde Enstantane isimli fotograf grubunu kurdum. ( www.flickr.com/groups/enstantane/ ) Fotograflara comment yazarken oncelikle gruba eklenmis fotograflardan basliyorum ve bu oldukca fazla zamanimi aliyor! Daha sonra vaktim kalirsa contact'larimin fotograflarini inceleyebiliyorum. Bu sebeple bazi arkadaslarin fotograflari gozumden kacmis olabiliyor. Fotograflarinizi gruba eklerseniz gozden kacmama ihtimali daha yuksek olacaktir.

some of you know that i was create the group of ( www.flickr.com/groups/enstantane/ ) in 10.02.2008 becouse of that when i m making comments to all photos i start with the photos which was added to my group after that i can make coments to others if i had time.sometimes i can miss some photos out of my control sory for that. if you will add your photos to my group i can see all of them and can make comments.

Yıllarca sadece seyahate gidenler tesadüfen karşılaştılarsa kutladılar

Artık bayramlar sadece birer "fırsat" oldu, yorgun bedenlerin dinlenmesi için...
Ve birgün sanal alemle tanıştık ve yeniden hatırladık bayramlaşmanın keyfini...
Kenarı dantelli mendiller, parlak kağıda sarılı şekerler, madeni
2,5 liralık bayram harçlıkları yoktu belki ama bir küçük haber vardı dostlardan;
uzun süredir karşılaşmadığın, hala aynı adreste olup olmadığını bilmediğin...
Sanal da olsa hatırlandığını, unutulmadığını öğrendiğin..
...Ve eski, tek yaprak bayram kartlarında yazıldığı gibi:
