#423, March 31st, 2009

may 8, 2009 - this week has been one for the books, that's for damn sure. four straight days of rain + an entire morning spent without electricity = the craziest kids EVER. we finally had a nice day and the kids went nuts with excitement.

i came home, did some yardwork, walked three miles (in a different pair of shoes that KILLED my feet) and took a nice long soak in the tub with a bottle of paulaner.

Clean Starlings at Lee over Sands, St Osyth.

Time for Isabella to get a bath! Tonight I decided to take a few pictures of her, she's finally upgraded to the big bath and seems to enjoy it much more.

Peekaboo with Evie

this is Pam's 1st time getting a bath I had no choice as she jumped in all by herself!

During the drought in 2006 we started placing a bowl of water outside for the magpies a couple of times a day.

It was a hit.

Went to the Pittsburgh Zoo today with the family and caught this tiger giving himself a bath. A significant crop over the original, these tigers are about 30 yards away from you - the Canon 2X extender III works very well.

As always, comments/feedback always welcome.

Why are you taking my photograph?

Lots of activity in the garden pond.

When my ducks take a bath, they get really excited and splash the water everywhere. I decided a stopped motion picture would be better to capture all the little droplets of water flying.

I have countless photos of kids in the bathtub. Here we have Theodore, Liesl and Linus.

Some photographs of the two girls enjoying their bath together.

The kids immediately try out their new bath for size!

My youngest son, aged one.
