Ben was still in his PJs when I left this morning and was in his football kit when he got home so no pics of him in his World Book Day BFG outfit! However B loves a bath and we've been playing in there tonight. He's still absorbed in imaginary play even though he's been in for 30 mins already!
We found a large puddle on the Plain last week, which had become the private bathing area for a flock of about a hundred corn buntings (and a few yellowhammers). It was fun watching them frolic in the sun.

As it was a hot day thought it was a good time for someone to have a wash.
He is very good when he's having a bath.. but he sulks for a while afterwards... well, he does until you wave a pig's ear in his direction.
We washed our daughter's stufftie collection. Our dog Dudley and his brother Sterling chewed and destroyed all but 5 or 6 of them soon after these pictures were taken. R.I.P.
