My little soulmate wasn't too happy here - I realized I forgot the towel so had to leave her in the sink for a couple minutes, I couldn't resist taking a minute to try and capture this expression - backlit by the kitchen window behind her, if the pic is larger you can see the light reflected in her corneas. But, it's the pout that steals the show ...

they know what's coming, and they know it isn't good.

This male blackbird braved the chillier weather and came for a quick bath this morning.

Just a couple of bath snappies. I should have gotten the speedlight out and all that, but they aren't supposed to be great, just snappies!! :)
