For today's Macro Mondays theme - a tester bottle of women's cologne in front of a small tub of body mousse HMM!
I think this room is my favorite redo room. I can actually go in there barefoot now!! lol............
While not without a few small hiccups, the bathroom is complete... as the new tenants walk in the door, the crew is putting the last bit of touch-up paint on the wall. That was close.
Unlike our ipod bathroom upstairs, we wanted to keep with the architecture and style of the house... circa 1920.

We moved the toilet, installed a clawfoot tub (to replace the shower stall), put in all new tile - and rebuilt the window trim and medicine cabinet. (whew!)

Materials: Ceasar Stone, black Chinese Slate, White Thassos marble.
Recycled material - We took broken Thassos marble, cut it into 4"x8" subway tiles, and then tumbled it, creating a soft, tactile, powdery surface of smooth edges and de-saturated color.
