Worte...

Bare trees have a power that the most lush ones don't.... The bare ones have nothing to lose.

I suppose you could swim in the icy cold water, but you'll have to hike a couple hundred yards to the ice edge at Old Mission Lighthouse Beach.

Just liked how the tree branches looked against this sky..

Just a country field, filled with weeds and grasses…a few wildflowers and a backdrop of bare trees. Even so, it seemed magical to me.

A hike we usually do when we're in northern MN but not this year and not right after sunrise...you know the beauty you see at this time of the day...fog still covering Lake Superior, fall colors still at their height.

Thank you for stopping by, flickr friends...appreciate your visit-

Enjoy the day!.....Pat...xo

So...we've had snow already, still have it on the ground...crazy, but it is to get warmer again...about 50F so....looking forward to that!

A leafless tree is engulfed in frost and fog on a chilly morning in Autumn. The surrounding bushes still have the fall foliage.

Life has been very busy and I've not had time to be online. I took this just before we had the huge snowstorm, and I'm sure many of you will recognize this place from my past posts.

I will try to catch up with your latest images :)
