Bara Imambara is an imambara complex in Lucknow, India, built by [Asaf-ud-Daula]], Nawab of Lucknow, in 1784. It is also called the Asafi Imambara.Bara means big, and an imambara is a shrine built by Shia Muslims for the purpose of Azadari. The Bara Imambara is among the grandest buildings of Lucknow.The Bara Imambara was built in 1783, a year of a devastating famine, and one of Asaf-ud-Daula's objectives in embarking on this grandiose project was to provide employment for people in the region.
According to reports, the famine continued for over a decade and the construction of the building continued for this time. It is said that ordinary people used to work in the day building up the edifice, while noblemen and other elite were called at night to break down all the structure raised, as they were incapable of doing anything else, according to a chronicle of the period. This see-saw efforts continued till the famine period was over. It was a project that preceded a Keynesian like intervention for employment generation.

First try with HDR (Photomatix). Made with three consecutive shots (-1, o, +1), without tripod. I also added a warming filter and eliminated [some of the] ISO noise with Photoshop.

Theda Bara (1885–1955) was an American silent film and stage actress.
Theda Bara was one of the most popular actresses of the silent era, and one of cinema's earliest sex symbols. Her femme fatale roles earned her the nickname The Vamp (short for vampire). Bara made more than 40 films between 1914 and 1926, but most were lost in the 1937 Fox vault fire. After her marriage to Charles Brabin in 1921, she made two more feature films and retired from acting in 1926 having never appeared in a sound film. She died of stomach cancer in, 1955, at the age of 69.

De vallei Čeakčavaggi tot aan de Tjäktjapas, onder de witte wolk, bijna 20 km ver. Vandaag was de eerste dag dat de hutten dicht waren, ik ontmoette slechts vier andere wandelaars. Pas bij de volgende hut, Sälkastugorna, waren er wat meer. De meesten kampeerden daar.
Tijdens het hoogseizoen zijn hier vele andere trekkers.

Tjäktjavagge till Tjäktjapasset, under vita molnen, nästan 2 mil bort. Idag var första dag att stugorna hade stängt för säsongen, jag mötade bara fyra andra vandrarer. Vid nästa stugan, Sälkastugorna, fanns det liten flera vandrarer, flesta av dom tältade vid stugorna.
Under högsäsongen finns det massor av vandrarer.

The valley Čeakčavaggi until the Tjäktjapass, under the white cloud, nearly 20 km far. Today was the first day that the huts were closed for the season, I only met four others. At the next hut, Sälkastugorna, there were a few more, mostly tenting.
In the high season there are many, many other hikers.
