Gloomy early dawn but fortunate to see the emergence of awesome sunrise

Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

December 2010.

coming off the same roll as the previous frame ... this one is a little more obvious that it was nuked by sunlight - but i think its ok, a manner of worthy accident that lends the space with an ethereal glow ! :-)

Taken at the Bangsar Shopping Centre in Kuala Lumpur in 2013, can you spot the people in this pic? This was one of my favourite Christmas decorations in a local mall.

This is Bangsar South . Please emel me at pcdanpen@gmail.com to use this image.

Celebrating 1 year of Riuh at APW Bangsar

There were many surprises when I was walking around the Telawi area in Bangsar. The street arts were really coming together nicely.

Hopefully the local council would take kindly to these endeavours as instead of them being pests, they actually added colour to the side streets. Maybe some of the walls should be identified as safe for street arts.

Blogged here.

Caught this scene while I was eating banana leaf rice at Bangsar. Mind the sharpness of this image, it was captured with my PnS.

Ar-Rahah Mosque, nestled amidst the Federal Highway on the right and Bangsar South City (left). Shot from the rooftop of a nearby building.

The ground-breaking was officiated on 31st July 2010 by the Honorable Prime Minister of Malaysia, DS Najib Tun Razak. The construction of this mosque was fully financed by the PM's family, and mosque's official name, "Ar-Rahah" is after the PM's mother, Tun Hjh Rahah.
