Otter photographed at British Wildlife Centre, UK. Whilst he is indisputably photogenic, he was a little challenging to capture at first as he was so manic!! He did calm down though..

Just a quick experiment based on his New 52/LBM look. I quite like it, even if it's not gonna stick around. I've been sitting on this pic for ages so I just wanted to get it out.

Sperwer ♀- female Eurasian sparrowhawk (Accipiter Nisus).

Blauwe kiekendief ♀ - female Hen Harrier (Circus cyaneus).

Only here in winter and then quite hard to find - females even more so. That said, males are easier to spot. (see 2nd comment).

Horrible light alas.

Taken with Fujifilm XT4 and Lensbaby 28mm Trio.

Wespendief ♀ - female Honey buzzard or Pern (Pernis apivorus).

Migratory, here in summer only;

as is obviously their primary food source.

Overwintering in tropical Africa.

Very rare too. In the Netherlands, the breeding population

is estimated at 330-400 breeding pairs.

He will run up to humans, stare at them, and sometimes do a dance. I'd love to know whether he's trying to scare us away, or entertain us.

Cad Bane from the Book of Boba Fett. Check out the Youtube video to see how it was made: youtu.be/bKAwwfoQQTk

I find no appeal to colorful autumn leaves, but in this case, the bright background seemed flattering to Bane, our male ostrich.

I got to see The Dark Knight Rises for the first time on Tuesday, and this thing was just screaming for me to build it.

Of course so were the other epic vehicles in the movie...

I actually started this the day before I saw TDKR after seeing _Tiler's fantastic micro version, which can be seen here. (You should go give it a look, it's gorgeous.)

I'm rather pleased with my attempt at a minifig scaled version, and I just might be building some camouflage tumbly's to go along with it.

;)

Enjoy!

Someone asked for a better look at these two characters( robin and knightwing) now for robin the best look u can get is him chilling on the floor but for knightwing I took a pic in a more dynamic angle so u can c him better.

An image of how I assembled my most recent version of Bane for the good folks over at Eurobricks.

I had my macro lens with me for this visit to Greyfriars. So, I had to use it.

I got the new bane set last night, and I wanted to make a minifig size bane that looked like the big fig. This is what I came up with. Hope you guys like it!

-Totally Awesome

Ladies and gentlemen, I proudly present to you Arkham City Bane!

First off I want to give a special thanks to Logan Fulford for letting me base mine on his! Thanks man! :) Second I want to apologize for the editing, the two outer picture came out darker than then the middle one for some reason. >:( And I didn't want to take another set of pictures.

Okay, now onto how I made this figure. The base is a Chinese knock-off Hulk figure. I know, I know... please don't kill me. :P I wouldn't normally buy knock-off stuff, but Lego Hulk figures are kinda expensive, and I didn't want to spend that much. I found a lot of four figures, and I made an exception. Anyway, I made his mask, gauntlets, part of the backpack and the things around his arms and legs out of a air drying clay called Miliput. I used various Lego parts on some of the other details, (I tried to sculpt as little as possible). The whole figure is 100% hand painted by yours truly. I'm extremely happy with the way this guy came out, even though somethings could have been better. That's about it. Thanks for looking! :)

As he appears in Lego the movie Batman

Thought this one turned out pretty well until I realized it was basically his New 52 design, then I just felt used. . .

Lemme know your thoughts!

Flickr didn't want to upload last night, but it looks like it's cooperating this morning. Here's the ostrich you would've seen! I assume Bane had taken a dust bath before I arrived.

I've got Christo's Bane a while back and I guess this is one of those shots I just couldn't miss. Not too happy with the picture though, maybe I'll replace it at some point.

I've made some small improvements on the Tumbler's fins, maybe I'll be back on the subject .

Accessories madness from TinyTactical and Brickarms.

Some of my favourite villains. Comment if you'd like to see more!

Super dupah special thanks to billbobful for the bane pieces :)

Bane with Trash Talk at the Epicentre in Mira Mesa, CA. 10/10/09.

This was a fairly simple figure to make. I used billbobful's technique for the legs. I was also slightly inspired by SHARPSPEED's bane, with an Exo-suit instead of Venom.

Okay, the whole figure was painted by me. the parts on his ankles were made out of Miliput. all of the joints were made out of Lego lever pieces that I cut up. He's about one and a half studs taller than a normal Minifig. That's about it.

The Bat family and Scarecrow are slowly but surely getting done. That's about it. Thanks for looking! Drop a fav or a comment, they both go a long way! :)
