I decided to share this image for the upcoming #macromondays theme called #pinbadge
What you see is a Route 66 Badge. The diameter of the Badge is aprox. 22 mm = less than 1"

Found this surprising little display in the "Design Since 1945" gallery at the V&A; a collection of Polish Solidary Trade Union badges dating from 1980-89.
I'm open to correction but I think they may be the only design artifacts from Poland in the V&A.
