Solution:

The Terrace area will be expanded

The extra space will be taken from the lobby area.

The structure will be a glass cube

The extension of the interior will take shape similar to the famous Apple store in NYC the glass

cube.

The structure glass will be removed and a sliding automated door will be placed to allow

entrance from within the building.

The shape of the seating only against the glass cube/wall when designed, there will be a glass wall with some trees in the background in planters.
