Some designs stand the test of time. After almost 90 years, this bridge still looks great! historicbridges.org/bridges/browser/?bridgebrowser=indian...

Infinity - Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, Death Valley, CA - Copyright 2015 Martyn Phillips, M4Photo.

This was an image that I took unexpectedly after turning around on the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes and seeing a different perspective and an awesome sky. The scene just seemed to go on and on and on. I’m not really sure whether it is the sky of the sand formations that make this image and the quandary keeps me coming back to this one. However, I’d like to think that it is a little of both.

Otto I., Friedrich I. Barbarossa und Friedrich II. wohnten hier.

Otto I, Federico I Barbarroja y Federico II se alojaron aquí.

One of the very first photos I took with my very first DSLR, a Canon Rebel t5i, on Jan. 31, 2015.

Photographed in Pt. Fermin Park, in San Pedro, CA, about 10 minutes from where I live, and a favored spot for me to race down to the point to shoot a sunrise in winter.

Newly processed 05-28-20. I didn't start taking 3 exposure AEB for HDR processing until later that year, but I did make some early attempts and my images were way too oversaturated in the beginning.

Not photoshopped, this is a genuine untouched photo from my recent cruise around the Caldera.

This weekend it snowed almost non stop and the temperatures are dropping. We went for a snowshoe to one of our local waterfalls to day. We had to take turns breaking the trail because the snow was so deep and it was a real workout. However, the ice at the falls was awesome to see. Well worth the trek in. The whole afternoon was awesome.
