as in all my work, it is left to the viewer to decide.

Maria Angela est une danseuse à la retraite qui assouvit sa passion de la peinture en occupant , avec la bénédiction des autorités municipales , un hôtel-restaurant promis à la démolition , dans le petit village d' Arguedas , en Navarre. Elle a recouvert tous les murs du bâtiment, extérieurs et intérieurs, de peintures et graffitis naïfs .

María Ángela es una bailarina jubilada que persigue su pasión por la pintura ocupando, con el beneplácito de las autoridades municipales, un hotel-restaurante que va a ser demolido en el pequeño pueblo de Arguedas, Navarra. Cubrió todas las paredes del edificio, por dentro y por fuera, con pinturas y grafitis ingenuos.
Maria Angela is a retired dancer who pursues her passion for painting by occupying, with the blessing of the municipal authorities, a hotel-restaurant that is due to be demolished in the small village of Arguedas, Navarre. She covered all the walls of the building, inside and out, with naive paintings and graffiti.

this art piece was made upon the death of a patient i worked with. he and his wife knew he was dying and came to see me to resolve issues before he died. i still miss him. this is the only art piece i have made specifically for/about someone.
