Found this on the curb. Anyone know what it's for?

Invisible from our vantage point, someone had set up a slackline connecting the top of the spire to the main rock. However, we never saw anyone cross it.

On Sunday 27th August 2017, whilst travelling about Carrickfergus, I happened to notice red arrows placed at different locations about the town. There had been a charity run in aid of cancer taking place and these markers were used as directional guides. They sparked a memory of a bright sunny day a few years ago when The Red Arrows display team put on a spectacular over Belfast Lough and I, with family, watched their superb display.
