Colonnade (1916) at the museum - manor "Arkhangelskoe".

The monumental building of gray granite topped by a dome and is surrounded on two sides slender colonnade. It was to serve as a temple-tomb for the owners of the manor Yusupovs.

In the hall, which has excellent acoustics, sometimes arranged concerts of early music.

Never used for its intended purpose building in 1966, it was restored and converted into a branch of the museum. The main part of the exhibition is an exhibition of ceramics from the museum, where most of the things for the first time exposed to a broad review.

We paid an early morning visit to Langstone to coincide with the high tide. It was a beautiful morning with hardly a cloud in the sky. We managed to get a nice breakfast too at a nearby cafe/pub
