Para crear esta imagen use archicad 3dmax photoshop y post en lightroom, espero les guste.
To create this image I used Archicad 3d MAx Photoshop and Post edition in Lightroom. Hope you like it
Designed and folded by me! :D
Yay as you can see i have finally designed something. This is probably my best cp so far(not design...crane probably is but cp for crane is not as good as for this beetle ;) )
It seems that I design best when I do everything on easy... I started designing this as a example of designing when I was showing how I do things to my friend Brage. But as you can see this actually turned out to be real design.
I have uploaded cp for for first version on my flickr some time ago but only people who are added in my "friend" list could see it. Version 1 didn't have flat foldable cp because of irregular Pythagorean Stretches but this one does. It has eyes, jaws and little pleats-segments on belly! So almost every place in cp is used except bottom corners because of Pythagorean Stretch(I might find some use fore them though)...
It was designed in program called Archicad 17- it's a program for architecture(my mom and my friend Karol(Magik9) use it for work) but I have found another use for it... it has some similar things to Inkscape, CorelDraw and programs like this... but I like it the most.
I really like this design and it was also design because of little competition between Karol and me. When I posted cp for version 1 he started playing around with it and changed it a lot and added lots of new details so I had to design another version to keep up with him... It was kinda fun although I was a bit angry at the beginning XD
Oh, and this model was folded from 35*35 cm square of green foil paper and it took me about 3 hours to design it :)
I'm not sure if I should upload cp for it so let me know if you guys want to see it.
Quite a long description haha, anyways I hope you all like it :D
Modeled in ArchiCAD and rendered in Maxwell. For Dorling Kindersley Travel Guides. I remember this being about 2 weeks work!

This technical illustration was commissioned by Brigham Young University in Utah to show the layout of their Marriott School. The building was first modelled in Archicad and then a view was rendered in Lightworks with cutaways to reveal the interior layout. This finished artwork used a composite of renders, worked in photoshop. The colour render had watercolour filters applied to give a more illustrated feel, and a sketch render was added for the linework.
The illustration was used in the university's literature, website and on signage to help students and visitors navigate the facilities.
