現任行政院國家資通安全會報技術服務中心(簡稱技服中心)工程師。Charmi主要的工作為協助政府機關處理各種資安事件，charmi經常參與政府機關受駭後的資安事件調查與進行電腦鑑識工作，對於目前台灣正面臨的組織型駭客攻擊有深刻的體會。擁有GCFA與 BS 7799 LA證照。經常於資安人雜誌投稿相關資安技術文章。

“The Unprotected" (www.theunprotected.net) tells the story of Greencrest Financial, a financial services firm that must achieve compliance by the end of the quarter. Unfortunately, not only is Greencrest failing its audit, but to make matters worse, the firm's credit card table is suddenly hacked, compromising tens of thousands of sensitive customer records. While “The Unprotected" features professional actors (with the exception of AppSec’s own star Danny Guerrier (as Wesley the Senior DBA), who makes his professional acting debut in “The Unprotected”,) the project was produced in-house by Application Security, Inc. employees. “The Unprotected was written by award-winning screenwriter (and Application Security, Inc. veteran) Aaron F. Schnore, and directed by Jorge Rivera, also a long-time Application Security, Inc. employee.
