It turns out Panda could actually do the application from Shanghai. We didn't actually know that for sure until we were there and they accepted it.
David and I went to Shanghai on Thursday July 16 with Panda to help her submit her second visa application. Yes, you guessed it, the first one got turned down. There seemed to be a concern she might decide not to go back to China.

Last week I gave a presentation on digital photography in my Computer Applications... but I totally botched it because none of my images showed up on my power point... (boy have I learned a lot in that class). So after my failure of a presentation the class went out and took photos. yay.
An application to have the Warneford Meadow land registered as a Town or Village Green (under section 22 of the Commons Registration Act 1965, as amended by section 98 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000) [8] was launched in December 2006[1]. Recognition as a Town Green protects the land from development.
The application was successful, and Warneford Meadow was designated as a Town Green in April 2009.[9]
However, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust stated it would challenge the decision in the High Court.[10] The action commenced in February 2010. In March 2010, the High Court upheld the original decision to register the meadow as a Town Green.[11]

I live at the Oakland County Animal Control and Pet Adoption Center at 1700 Brown Rd in Auburn Hills. You can visit me there any time the shelter is open. The shelter will not put me up for adoption because of my appearance, so my only way out of the shelter alive is through a rescue.
