The water in the pond freezes around their legs over night. So flying out in the morning takes a bit of work to break up the ice and free themselves....and carry an extra load at times.
As I walked into my graduation ceremony, I was confronted by my favorite teacher Mrs. Connor, she smiled and gave me a hug. As I gave her a hug I started to cry and realize that I was no longer going back to the school I attened for four years. We stepped back and she handed me a present. Inside this little colorful box there was an anklet. I thanked her so much and knew that from that gift I would never loss it or forget a person who impact my life so greatly through high school.
