Paayal are Indian anklets. In India they are worn on both feet as a set as opposed to the western style of only wearing one. I collect them as well as wear them...you'll never find me payaal freee and I am easily bribed by them LOL as my cousins have figured out !!!

In Bhopal, India ...there is a store by Agarwal chaat in the old city market. I have to say the owner of that store starts reciting stories of when I was 2....6 and so on and immediately orders me my aloo tikki chaat and a miranda from Agarwal, who also remember me because I truely think thats the best chaat in the world ...better than Chandini Chowk and the dhabas between Delhi & Jaipur I SWARE ... & they know I wont be leaving anytime SOON!!! ...but back to pyaals... added with matching bichhya (second toe rings ...one of the symbols that your married...) It makes anyones feet beautiful!!!
