Transitando lungo il primo tratto della strada provinciale 92, provenienti dalla strada statale 195, ci si immerge in un ambiente unico che muta continuamente di aspetto in base alla luce e al ciclo di produzione delle saline. Percorrere le strade sterrate che contornano l’area è senz’altro un’esperienza unica.
Per l’importanza legata all’archeologia industriale e agli aspetti ambientali, le saline sono diventate dal 2017 oggetto di valorizzazione da parte del FAI (Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano).

Lago Superiore di Mantova, da barca privata dotata di motore elettrico in lento movimento, prime luci del mattino. Soggetto a circa 56 metri, già a questa distanza dopo pochi istanti ha preso il volo, come si nota dalla postura. Aironi molto poco confidenti in questo periodo. Crop per composizione.
