The little Amazon bag might not hold your lunch; but it will hold you camera kit in a comfortable backpack. It also has excellent zippers.
But can I use it for video?
Here I switched to the program mode's default portrait settings.
Once I got this working, I made today's effort to Make the World a Better Place: Posting a few related answers on Amazon.com. All too often, answers to questions about various products seem to be written by passive-aggressive morons, and read something like this:
Q: How do I program my Nikon Umpty-Ump Thousand to work with this?
A: Yeah, I had a friend who did that, but he changed his name and left the country. But you should be able to program your camera to work with this.
What's going on here? Is there some incentive for people to "answer" a lot of questions, which motivates them to post useless-verging-on-hostile fluff?
One poster whom I thought was handled particularly clumsily wrote to ask if she should try a new battery, because her remote control didn't light up when she pressed the button. Several "answers" addressed different aspects of what the problem could be. No one bothered to point out that the "light" is infrared, which is invisible to all of us who don't have mutant super powers; therefore, unfortunately, the absence of light is not a diagnostic characteristic. Sure, maybe the battery is dead, but let's not be too hasty; and don't buy a replacement on that basis, because it will also appear to be dead, in the same way. And the next one, and the one after that.
The poster's assumption was really quite reasonable. These things do resemble those little key ring flashlights very closely. It's not clear to me that they do anything more than provide a binary, on/off signal; so in fact they might be identical, except for the wavelength output by the LED.

This little light panel is very good as additional lighting or even as a main light for your indoor or outdoor projects. Works very well for either stills or video.

Because infinite regress is the possibility every idiot nerd leaps on as soon as the possibility becomes apparent. More broadly, testing live video output from the Nikon D3300 via HDMI.

But can I use it for video?
The camera was set to programmed mode, which I'd set as recommended for landscapes, with color saturation bumped up.
