Photo for “Macro Mondays” , theme "Lids". Embossed elephant on the lid of a small bottle of Amarula Cream liqueur from South Africa. Amarula is made from the fruit of the African marula tree (Sclerocarya birrea) which is also locally called the Elephant tree.

A young African Elephant with her calf. When I took this photograph earlier today and later edited it somewhat, while having an Amarula liqueur on crushed ice, I experienced a feeling of Gemütlichkeit coming over me.

... this recipe was meant to be as loaves but i used a bundt pan instead. it is delicious! the secret ingredient was amarula cream liqueur :)

Driving back to camp after a long Masai Mara safari...through an 'Amarula Sunset.'
The difficult thing about this shot was that I was shooting out the roof of a speeding Landrover. The driver couldn't stop because we were trying to get out of the park and back to camp (at Kicheche) before dark. Apart from keeping a kilo of Nikon metalwork from knocking my teeth out, the main problem was to get enough shutter speed to blur the violent camera-shake. This was the only one in about a dozen exposures that came out right. I was pretty happy with it and I think that, in hindsight at least, it would have been worth a couple of teeth!

Bom, desde que eu postei essa foto das unhas de mamãe, eu fiquei querendo imitar! :) Demorei um pouquinho, mas aqui está! :D
Gente, ficou linda! <3 Achei chique, a cara do inverno! :) E foi meu primeiro contato com essas fitinhas, mas não achei tão difícil quanto imaginava (e até agora não descolou nenhuma o/). Mas aconteceu algo inesperado. Usei fitinhas douradas, e um tempinho depois que terminei de fazer as unhas, notei que elas tinham ficado prateadas o.o O tom do dourado sumiu completamente. Já aconteceu com alguma de vocês?

Para un look Macabre opte por el color negro y púrpura y el dorado como toque de elegancia que representa mas mi personalidad.
Una chaqueta ceñida pero con un look antiguo en sus detalles de encajes negros y mangas con volantes. Solapa abierta que muestra un escote pronunciado que permite ver el sujetador de blonda negro.
Falda larga con abertura en una pierna hasta la cintura le dan el toque sensual que quise para mi propuesta de Macabre.
For a Macabre look, choose the color black and purple and gold as a touch of elegance that represents my personality.
A tight jacket but with an old look in its details of black lace and sleeves with ruffles. Open lapel showing a pronounced neckline that allows you to see the black lace bra.
Long skirt with an opening in one leg up to the waist give the sensual touch I wanted for my Macabre proposal.
Saí do ~Inferno Esmaltístico como disse muito bem a Juh e entrei no ~Inferno Fotográfico... olha, que dificuldade tirar uma foto decente! :~ Essa foi a que gostei maais ou menos, mais ou menos.
Enfimm... inferno esmaltístico porque tava impossível de gostar de algum esmalte nas unhas :~ tentei diversas cores e nada! Fiquei uns dois assim. Até que resolvi dar uma lixadinha na unha e escolher um clarinho, pra passar despercebido mesmo e não me incomodar. Mas, não dá né?! Esmalte clarinho implora por um glitter.
E o escolhido foi o Barcelona, meu primeiro indie <3 (usei a primeira vez aqui aqui).. Simmm, eu repito esmalte sem dó nem piedade!! :DD
Ele é uma graça, base translúcida e multi-glitters coloridos. É, acho que gostei muito dessa unha :) Mais do que eu esperava. Ficou delicadinho e a cara do Outono/Inverno <3
Ah, e só pra ressaltar: Amarula é minha bebida ~alcoólica preferida *_* amo muuuito!!

QUANTO TEMPO (eu acho)
Ultimamente não tenho tido aquele animo para tirar fotos,até porque não tenho coisas novas para me animar (além desse chapeuzinho novo que comprei da Driely já faz um tempo....e que acabei dando pro Chester jkdhdhf)
Amarula me cedeu a sua presença para as fotos,e eu fiz uma magica chamada ~tacar colorize~ na imagem e ficou muito melhor do que tava :-o farei isso mais vezes fhdgffkjgh
E um trechinho duma musica que eu gosto muito de uma banda super conteitual (Hollywood Undead),que eu falava ser do meu outro gato (que morreu envenenado,vizinha demonho) porque na letra fala ''eu sou um leão e quero ser livre'',o que identificava ele pois sempre queria fugir XD
Eu ainda choro ouvindo essa musica,a vida tem dessas coisas.

My go-to morning drink when it's Christmas. I think I only buy Amarula is the story about lusty elephants that comes with the product.

Article in Afrikaans, but according to it, Pilanesberg, where these photographs were taken, does have an elephant bulled named Amarula which is easily upset. Fortunately the occupants of the vehicle were unscathed, except for bruises, cuts and scratches.

Tô encantada com esse glitter meninas! Na verdade, eu tô é encantada com essa coleção da Realce, embora não tenha curtido muito o nome da bendita "Macabra", eles acertaram em cheio nas combinações dos glitters!
