Amaryllis Giant Amadeus (Hippeastrum)
I stopped on the way home yesterday to say G'day to Bill who was pottering around in his garden. I noticed that his Hippeastum was in flower. These blooms are approx 215 mm (8 1/2 inches) across and looked stunning in the sunshine.
Visit to Prague and performing Figaro was Mozart's break through.
Prague loved him and he loved Prague too, so much that he lived for a time over there.
Mozart had Prague orchestra just playing his work and Prague Estates Theatre had always open doors for his plays even now-days Mozart is most often performed by this theatre.
Part of his work is inspired or written in Prague. This house I heard was the base for Mozart's Opera Don Giovanni.
So no wonder that Czech film director (now living in USA) Milos Forman has made the movie Amadeus where he could present this genius and use authentic places in Prague for the movie as a set.

Almost 13 now!
Canon G10
I still LOVE the CCD sensors like on Leica M9 or even M8.
Far more conducive to real vision and colors, just not economical to scale at high res. Next best things to Film :)
