Albufeira is a coastal city in the southern Algarve region of Portugal. Der Fischereihafen liegt vor dem Yachthafen, an dem auch die Ausflugsboote abfahren. Hier tummeln sich die Fischerboote. Eher ein älterer und klassischer Hafen.
Albufeira was the base for our week at the Algarve, Portugal. Because of the time of the year the masses of tourists were not present and we enjoyed a relaxed stay. You have to imagine that at high season this beach is packed with people like sardines in a can...what a difference to this view! The main beach in the photo is called Praia do Peneco.
