Dubrovnik is a city in southern Croatia fronting the Adriatic Sea. It's known for its distinctive Old Town, encircled with massive stone walls completed in the 16th century. Its well-preserved buildings range from baroque St. Blaise Church to Renaissance Sponza Palace and Gothic Rector’s Palace, now a history museum. Paved with limestone, the pedestrianized Stradun (or Placa) is lined with shops and restaurants.

A gorgeous morning from the Church of “San Nicola de la Meta” in the town of Vasto (CH - Italy). The first written indications date back to 1644, it is assumed that the church was already active from the end of the previous century.

October 2022 was very warm, and on this day many people went to the beach to swim. Makarska is a city under the Biokovo mountain, a city with beautiful pebble beaches, a city that many tourists from all over the world like to come to.
Some deeper Wrecks in the Adriatic Sea are not easy accessible but are still full of discoveries and historic reminders...

Ένας καταπληκτικός ουρανός πάνω απ την Αδριατική Θάλασσα, αμέσως μετά την καταιγίδα.
An amazing sky over Adriatic Sea, right after the storm.
Day and night versions of Dubrovnik, the night version had to be lower because the Lovrijenac fort where I took the day photo was already closed, and I was standing at the top of the steps in front of the gate to the paid area. It was super windy in both cases. I wonder who will die in tonight's GOT episode.
Evening view of Makarska, Croatia, on a very windy winter evening, 2 versions, Brac island is in the frame in the wide version, it was actually quite calm at the spot where I was taking the photos, it was a different story at the top, and the bottom, the thick rubber tablecloth at my guesthouse balcony flew off in the wind overnight.
