Over the past year, T1M worked with various members of this talented team to design four unique, high-end user experience designs that reached a variety of audiences and met various challenges. Working with Kevin Hoyt and his team, we are pleased to present that following applications that are now live in the iPhone and Droid markets and available free to Smartphone users:
Finicky, Terrance Ryan: Designed to help travelers take note of their favorite places and things within a city they are visiting. Users are able to write a note about a particular place and tag it so that they can remember for the next time they visit!
100 Days of Exercise, Ryan Stewart: Designed to help active or inactive people to get into an exercise routine, by allowing the user to set a physical goal for the next 100 days. Throughout the 100 days, users get a daily reminder of their task hoping to encourage people to stay fit.
CalTrain Times, Renaun Erickson: Designed in mind of the Adobe employees who travel north and south/ to and from work on California’s transit system, CalTrain. Unsatisfied with previous apps on the market, our client was looking for something with a good user experience that would be helpful to fellow employees.
DropCam, Mihai Corlan: Based off of an existing application, T1M helped redesign the DropCam Application. The application helped to support installed DropCam cameras and allows users to view live footage and recent activity via their smart phone.

A few night time views of the historic NorthWestern Pacific Railroad Depot in Petaluma, CA. This depot was opened in 1914, and has a mix of Spanish-Adobe and Southern Pacific styles to it. Today, it stands as the visitors center for Petaluma, while the freight depot behind it stands as the Petaluma Arts Center.
As I snapped this photo, a Sonoma County Transit ElDorado National on the Route 44 zipped by on Lakeville Road (Highway).

At 85,710 acres in size, the Adobe Town wilderness study area is the largest in Wyoming. Within the WSA, you’ll find Skull Creek Rim and Monument Valley - names that conjure up images of colorful badlands, buttes and spires created by thousands of years of erosion. Located 80 miles southwest of Rawlins, outstanding opportunities for solitude and primitive and unconfined recreation exist in the WSA.
The WSA is nationally known for the educational and scientific study of paleontological resources. Fossil remains of mammals are numerous and widely distributed throughout the area. This area has been identified as one of the premier sites in North America for paleontological resources. Significant archaeological resources are found throughout the WSA, representing 12,000 years of continuous occupation by man from Paleo Indian through late Prehistoric periods. The cultural site density of the WSA is estimated to be 30 surface sites per square mile, which is unusually high.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 decided to take a dump on me in the middle of a huge edit I was working on. Thank God for the recovery feature because I didn't feel like doing the edit all over again, over an hours worth of work. I save along the way as I work just in case, you never know what will happen when working in Windows.

The Adobe Badlands are best known for their mazelike adobe formations of gray and yellow Mancos Shale interspersed with fascinating canyons, mesas, and arroyos. The rugged northern slopes are covered with pinyon-juniper woodlands. The badlands offer scenic vistas of Grand Mesa, the Uncompahgre Plateau, and the San Juan Mountains. A threatened cactus species, the Uinta Basin hookless cactus (Sclerocactus glaucus), exists within the area.
At first glimpse, the Adobe Badlands appear unforgiving and void of life but, with closer inspection, one sees wildlife flourishing everywhere. Birds, such as the house finch, Gambel's quail, and pinyon jay are common in the area, while the turkey vulture, red-tailed hawk, and golden eagle are occasionally seen. Common reptiles found in the Adobe Badlands include desert striped whipsnakes and northern sagebrush lizards. Antelope can also be seen roaming the slopes of the area.
The Adobe Badlands provide an excellent area for geological interpretation. The Mancos Shale badlands were deposited by an ancient sea between 135 million to 65 million years ago. Marine fossils from this period can be found in the shale. Later, volcanic eruptions deposited a basaltic caprock which now forms the top of Grand Mesa. Erosion created the spectacular badlands in much of the area.
In recognition of the extraordinary natural and ecological values of the Adobe Badlands, BLM designated the majority of the badlands -- 6,783 acres -- as an Area of Critical Environmental Concern and an Outstanding Natural Area. BLM prohibits motorized recreation as part of its management strategy for the area. BLM did not propose wilderness designation for Adobe Badlands in order to maximize its administrative flexibility, but intends de facto wilderness management for the area. Conservationists believe that long-term wilderness values can not be adequately protected through temporary measures subject to administrative revocation. Congressional wilderness designation offers the best guarantee for preserving this extraordinary area.

Look what arrived today ... and a few days early too. My copy of the Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium (what a mouthful). Am I excited? Sure. Let's see if it lasts until after the installation process finishes up.
