Frankly as a creator, I know that juggling a lot of bodies and addons has to be pretty hectic, and it's easy to lose track of stuff. I wasn't insulted, or mad. I just wanted the creator to know that there was a problem that might be worth fixing. I saw the above review as a way of getting the creator's attention about it. Could you maybe check to see if you were in an unscripted area when attempting to unpack originally?

What I got was a single unpacker themed towards what I assume were meant to be Reborn sizes. It gave me a folder entitled "MASOOM: Cyber Valkyrie ALL DEMO [ADD] (reborn)"

I double-checked this, because it seemed odd to me, and yeah, this seemed to be the only demo option for Reborn sizes.
Anyway, what was in that box was a series of demo pieces, four marked for (reborn), two wings pieces, and four huds.
These were the pieces themselves, NOT an unpacker.
And yeah, no Waifu sizes.
I can screenshot this if you want me to. It was still in my trash when I spotted the message.

It doesn't super bother me- except that we're always told to "try the demo first", and that process is much helped if there's a demo I can realistically try for the size I have is all.

My real job involves customer service, and I'm routinely appalled what people won't tell you when they clearly have issues with things. Makes it super hard to fix those things.

[[And this was the last I had words with this store rep that night. I am sort of tangentially aware that some designers take GREAT umbrage at receiving bad reviews on Marketplace. I'm even aware that some feel deeply... entitled to never receive even FOUR star reviews- nothing less than absolute perfection, and... It kind of annoys me, if I'm being honest.
On principle, I really don't feel that I am compelled to do much of anything at this point. I tried to point out an issue- for an item I didn't even buy- and this is a lot of hubbub for nothing at all really in my eyes.
But I know- as a matter of "decorum" I should probably play nice and take down the review. It'll make them feel better. Still, I'm annoyed, so I decide to take the middle road and sleep on it. Maybe I'll do it when I'm not freshly home from work and kinda grumpy to begin with? Later the following evening- after having no further interactions with any Masoom rep regarding the matter, I get the following message]]

[[Masoom is what I would call a "premiere" designer in SL. Partly because they make very nice, high-quality stuff in a lot of sizes, but also because they charge Premiere prices for that stuff.
And I'm not complaining here, I've gotten a LOT of their stuff- often in the most expensive Fatpacks you are likely to ever see in SL.
No notes, I've always felt like the quality is generally worth it. Accordingly, like every good SL shopper, I had joined Masoom's VIP group- for a fee- to access a store discount, because yeah, why wouldn't you?]]

[[Again, I one-starred a demo to send a message to a designer. I didn't do it to be mean-spirited. I did it to be helpful. I'd have probably taken it down that night, had this additional, unheralded arm-twisting never occurred.
But now I'm thinking- whether my review is inaccurate or not, whether it's "warranted" or not- I'm going to leave it there, because when someone treats you with his amount of pettiness, they've forfeited any right to demand courtesy from you anymore.
I don't think she got that message. Hard to see or hear when you have your head stuffed that far up your own arse, after all. But as Tolkien would say "So it must be".
So, if you're a Masoom customer? If you've spent a lot of money with them, just be aware of how close you are to being treated like some absolutely random garbage schlub- for no real reason at all- on a whim.
There are things they care about- like bad MP reviews on demos- and things that they do not care about- you, the customer. Just keep buying stuff and shut up and they'll be happy. Whatever you do, don't try to offer any feedback.
