Participants completed the Murph Challenge, on Memorial Day, May 27, 2019 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The Murph Challenge, which pays tribute to LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL), requires participants to wear a 20 lb. vest or body armor while completing a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and finishing with a 1-mile run.
Murphy was the officer-in-charge of a four-man SEAL element in support of Operation Red Wings, tasked with finding a key anti-coalition militia commander near Asadabad, Afghanistan. Shortly after inserting into the objective area, the SEALs were spotted by three goat herders who were initially detained and then released. It is believed the goat herders immediately reported the SEALs’ presence to Taliban fighters.
This is the other reason to go to Hull Fair - Bob Caver's - there where a few other places offering the same (pattie, chips and if you want mushy peas) but despite the slightly higher prices, this was the only place with a queue and it was a long one.

Back Rockfild Road, Anfield, Liverpool
The streets around Anfield were spookily quiet - too quiet. Amongst the derelict, boarded-up houses, there was the occasional looked-after inhabited house.
Perhaps the strangest moment was passing a house where workmen were busy ripping out its internals, and just yards down the same street was an elderly gentleman taking great pride in tending to the hedge in his front yard.
