View from Bubble Rock (well, one of the Bubble Rocks pair) in Acadia NP. We see Eagle lake and Mt. Desert Narrows in the distance, with the Maine mainland beyond. Far away on the horizon is Mt. Katahdin, the northern end of the Appalachian trail.

Going back in time here to a lovely morning along the coast of Maine in Acadia National Park. 150 seconds exposure along the calm sea at low tide. The light on the wet rocks was very pretty.

Also, this was not long after getting the Canon 5D Mark III cameras. Has been a great camera now for 7 years. Have not have had to get any work on them done, even after all these years of extensive use and abuse out there in the elements.
