This was the result of experimenting with my pixel phone's macro mode whilst shooting down the neck of a red wine bottle. I only noticed afterward that there was a small amount of wine in focus in this shot.

Mayan Record is an acrylic psychedelic abstract vinyl record I created in 2011 for a bar that had vinyls all over the walls. There was none behind the bar itself though and it has a single screw next to a guitar that was already on the wall and I felt it was perfect for me to just make this piece and give it to them to hang on the hook.
