Der Aachener Dom, auch Hoher Dom zu Aachen, Aachener Münster oder Aachener Marienkirche, ist die Bischofskirche des Bistums Aachen und das bedeutendste Wahrzeichen der Stadt Aachen. Der heutige Dom besteht aus mehreren Teilbauten, deren jeweilige Entstehungszeiten die Epoche des Frühmittelalters bis hin zur Neuzeit umfassen.
Der Aachener Dom wurde als erstes deutsches Denkmal in die Liste des UNESCO-Welterbes eingetragen. Hier ließ Karl der Große seinen Traum von einem neuen weströmischen Reich Wirklichkeit werden und das Zentrum seiner Herrschaft Gestalt annehmen. Der Dom ist heute das einzige vollständig erhaltene Bauwerk jener Zeit, in der Karl der Große römische Antike und Christentum vereinigte.

e) Impostazione nel corpo camera ISO/ASA 6400, DR (100%), Modalità AF (Area), WB Bilanciamento del Bianco (Auto), Simulazione Film (Provia Standard), Colore (+2), Nitidezza (+1), Tono Alte luci (0), Tono Ombre (0), Riduzione disturbo (+1), Gamma Dinamica (Auto), Qualità Immagine (Fine), Filtro ND (On), Dimensione Immagine (3:2 - L);
f) Focale impiegata 63mm;
g) Tecnica di ripresa esposimetrica con il sistema dell”Esposizione a Destra;
h) Prima Post-Produzione (leggerissima file quasi perfetto) per la correzione del bilanciamento cromatico/tonale (dopo la de saturazione) delle varie aree e zone di colore per compensare l’intensità di luce (ore 20,30 di ripresa “luci a soffitto e laterali”) con Nikon Capture NX 2;
i) Seconda Post-Produzione con Adobe Photoshop CS6 64Bit per il bilanciamento delle zone d’ombra (Lievissima file quasi perfetto);
l) Post-Produzione di completamento con Nikon Capture NX 2 e CorelPhoto-Paint X7 64Bit per il completamento e la sistemazione finale del "Sistema Zonale".

It was about -10*C. At the time of the flight, it started to snow and my DJI drone froze. I had to return it and manually turn the lens down. The bearings froze in the wind. WHEN I LEAVE ... last words of Tânia [10/10/1982- 27/03/2009]
I am back but with difficulty. My eye is healing, but I can't see well yet. I will struggle even more now, since my right eye is the distance eye, and is unable to focus up close. My old glasses won't work at all, so I'm really hoping that my vision will come back quickly. While cataract surgery is very quick, the healing process takes much longer. So many drops were necessary to get my eye to dilate properly that even 13 hours after the fact, I look like an alien and can't focus properly.
All that said, I wanted to post something, just to see if I could. It wasn't easy, but I can still edit a photo, so hopefully it will only be up from here!
Thank you for your prayers and good thoughts, my friends! I still need them. I can't be on much for a while, as this was very difficult, and my eyes are quite tired. I'll let you know how the follow up goes.

Sta. Ursula Parish Church, Binangonan, Rizal, Philippines
The parish of Binangonan was founded in 1621. In 1679, its administration was handed over to the Jesuits, who in 1697 transferred administration to the Augustinians. In 1737, Binangonan returned to the administration of the Franciscans who had founded it in the first place. The church was built from 1792-1800, renovated in 1853. At the same time, the adjacent convento was rebuilt, under Fr. Francisco de Paula Gomez.
While the church’s historical structure remains, but it is greatly renovated.

The U.S. Army Golden Knights bring in the American Flag to the opening ceremonies of the Upper Cumberland Air Show at the Upper Cumberland Regional Airport in White County, Tennessee.
In 1959, nineteen Airborne Soldiers from various military units formed the Strategic Army Command Parachute Team (STRAC). Brigadier General Joseph Stilwell Jr. gathered the Soldiers with the intent of competing in the relatively new sport of skydiving, which at that time was dominated by the Soviet Union. That year, the U.S. Army team began representing the United States on the international competition circuit, and performed their first demonstration in Danville, Virginia. Two years later, the Department of Defense announced that the STRAC team would become the United States Army Parachute Team.
By 1962, the team earned the nickname the "Golden Knights". "Golden" signified the gold medals the team had won while "Knights" alluded to the team’s ambition to conquer the skies.
Since then, the Golden Knights have conducted more than 16,000 shows in 50 states and 48 countries, reaching an average of 60,000 people per show. The team has earned the U.S. Army 2,148 gold, 1,117 silver, and 693 bronze medals in national and international competition. Team members have also broken 348 world records.
The Golden Knights are one of only three Department of Defense-sanctioned aerial demonstration teams, along with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. The team is composed of approximately 95 men and women, which includes four parachute units, an aviation unit and a headquarters. The demonstration teams, which use five dedicated aircraft, perform at more than 100 events per year. The tandem section is known for taking Soldiers, celebrities and heads of state on jumps, and the competition section focuses on winning national and international skydiving events.
