"The vendor has owned this Austin‑Healey 3000 MkIII (BJ8) since 1990 and has travelled extensively with it all over the UK and Europe, visiting places such as Prague, Budapest, Vienna, Saltzburg, Milan, Zurich, Paris, Munich, Venice, Valencia and Ireland, and participating in 10 Euroclassic rallies. He reports the 'Big Healey' has been very reliable in that time.
"The car was first registered in the USA and restored there in 1989 before coming to the UK in 1990. The vendor tells us that a lot of work has been done since then, including a new mohair hood and tonneau and gearbox and overdrive rebuild. The engine has been rebuilt twice, most recently in May 2011.
"The vendor notes that the car has been well‑used and enjoyed, but has also been kept in a garage with a dehumidifier running during his ownership, while its servicing and maintenance has been looked after by Norfolk Classic and Sportscars in Fakenham over the last eight years.
"The paperwork folder includes the V5C plus a large stack of well‑organised invoices in two ring binders. These date from 1991 through to 2021 and testify to thousands spent over three decades and a great deal of care and attention lavished on the Austin‑Healey. There's also the purchase bill from when the vendor bought the car in 1990. The MoT certificates date from 2017 back to 1990, with the recorded mileage at the 1990 test being 82,866 miles. The odometer now shows 3983 miles.
"The car also comes with a spare set of keys."
Sold for £42,660 (including premium) on an estimate of £38,000 to £42,000.

Pan Adria Airways
Seen from the spotters hill close to the village of Feldkirchen, YU-AJF is taxiing to runway 25 for take-off. Pan Adria Airways had operated Convair 440s acquired from Swissair in basic Swissair colours - apparently the concept was carried over to this DC-9 that never flew for Swissair. The airframe would frequently return to Riem with Inex-Adria Airways and Adria Airways.
Pan Adria Airways was formed in 1961 by the Yugoslav Government as a domestic operator. It later operated night-mail flights as well as domestic and international passenger and cargo charter flights. After the airline ceased operating the Yugoslav Government formed Trans Adria in 1978 to operate the Pan Adria routes. (Source: wikipedia)

Reregistered SL-ABH 1991, S5-ABH 1993. Cebu Pacific RP-C1537 1998, withdrawn 2006.
