العــمــــرة
تعريفها:
لغة: الزيارة.
واصطلاحاً: زيارة البيت تعبداً لله على وجه مخصوص.
العمرة واجبة في العمر مرة واحدة:
أجمع العلماء على مشروعية العمرة واختلفوا هل هي واجبة أم على قولين: أصحها أنها واجبة. لحديث عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: (قلت يا رسول الله! على النساء جهاد؟ قال: نعم، عليهن جهاد لا قتال فيه، الحج والعمرة) رواه ابن ماجه.
قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله: فقوله (عليهن) ظاهرة في الوجوب، لأن (على) من صيغ الوجوب كما ذكر ذلك أهل أصول الفقه.
ولحديث عمر رضي الله عنهما في سؤال جبريل للنبي عن الإسلام وفيه (وأن تحج وتعتمر) رواه ابن خزيمة.
يسن المتابعة بين العمر:
لحديث أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله «العمرة إلى العمرة كفارة لما بينهما» رواه مسلم.
ولحديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله «تابعوا بين الحج والعمرة، فإنهما ينفيان الفقر والذنوب كما ينفي الكير خبث الحديد» رواه النسائي.
قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله: المتابعة بين العمرتين جاءت به السنة، ولكن هذه المتابعة ينبغي أن تكون مقيدة بما جاء عن السلف، والسلف رحمهم الله لم يكن من عملهم أن يكونوا العمرة كل يوم.
وقد قال بعض العلماء: أن يكون بين العمرة والعمرة مدة بقدر ما ينبت الشعر ويمكن حلقه.
والعمرة في رمضان فيها فضل كبير:
عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله قال: «عمرة في رمضان تعدل حجة معي» متفق عليه.
قال النووي: أي تقوم مقامها في الثواب لا أنها تعدلها في كل شيء، فإنه لو كان عليه حجة فاعتمر في رمضان لا تجزئه عن الحجة.
(هذا الأجر حاصل لمن اعتمر في أول رمضان أو في وسطه أو في آخره، وأما تخصيص ليلة سبع وعشرين بعمرة فهذا لا أصل له) .
