The usual suspects: flowers!

Focus bracketing was made possible in-camera with an experimental app for Sony a6000.

I like to eat dinner with my family in this restaurant at Sunday night because its food is not bad. But I like its environments more than its food.

Small droplets have merged to form a bigger one. It's interesting what surface tension can do.

These huge spiders with their strong web can catch prey that is bigger than they are—including birds and bats.

The venom of the golden orb weaver is potent but not lethal to humans. It has a neurotoxic effect similar to that of the black widow spider; however, its venom is not nearly as powerful.

Sunset captured through the trees in my backyard. The rain had just stopped pouring down, and as I approached the clearing, a red deer got up and ran for cover.

Sony A6000 might not likely be my ideal choice photographic tool come to perfect images result but generally is still a versatile and truly handy for essential daily use

Great Økssø has some of the cleanest water in Denmark.

But due to nutrient-poor soil around the lake, the water has a very distinct brown and redish color.

This is a hoverfly. I saw it yesterday and I thought it was a honeybee but upon further research, it's an impostor.

I finally got a proper camera!

I haven't had a really good quality camera since the 1990's. Been using my brothers old Canon Powershot A610 for a few years... not a bad little camera, but a bit old now. Most of my pictures in 2016 have been taken with my little compact phone (Samsung Galaxy S4mini).

I've been utterly amazed with the creative fun I've had with that very cheap phone. Apparently it has Sony technology in the camera, something I had no idea of when I bought it... I just needed a new phone... it turned out to be the best choice.

But it's time to move on. I'm sure I'll still use my phone, but will be using this beautiful lightweight mirrorless camera very soon. It's all charged up and ready to go!

My brother also has the same camera, he's been using it for about four months. Tested it in all kinds of lighting conditions, he's absolutely thrilled with it, the results are excellent. And it really is incredibly lightweight... something very important for me... I just hate big heavy cameras.

So... anyone else used a Sony A6000?

A very very powerful compact mirrorless camera, though half frame but definitely fill with full frame mighty juice. Highly suit my style of shooting. Dynamic Range is superb even i shot all my travel images in Jpeg only.

A moth under a tsunami-shaped leaf. It's called a Spoladea recurvalis or the Beet webworm moth. Thanks to J Carrasco (mundele) for identifying the species of this moth.
