Built in 1965 as A1511 for Western Australian Government Railways is A1202 stabled with 2356 at Forrestfield loco on 6-7-08 in the all over orange scheme with no black stripes.

By this time A1202 was seeing little use around the workshops area. The loco was sold and exported overseas to South Africa in January 2015
