Lucky shot at the zombiewalk 2013 in Hamburg. This preacher freaked out, when the zombies passed by and he screamed "the end is near" (or something similar)... Done with the Sigma 35 1.4 on the Nikon D800. All photos here: lichtfusion.net/?portfolio=zombiewalk-am-13-07-2013
Two zombie "grrrls" who left before they were called up on stage. They were hanging out with a zombified Gumby.
Thought the blue one was cute... in that "dead girls can't say 'no' " kinda way. :-P
Tech stuff: Went crazy with a B&W filter then selected tons of "Color Ranges" and masked out what I wanted to show through. I had way too much fun playing with this photo.

Pues hoy ha sido un día un tanto para zombies, así que voilà, toma zombie.
Zombie Captain America. No double sided face on this one, just awesome printing, as LEGO continues to lift the bar with the Collectable Minifigures.
There was a few zombie walks that took place on Saturday, October 29th here in Toronto. I opted to hit the St Clair zombie walk that stretched from Bathurst to Lansdowne Ave. I caught up with the dead at Earlscourt Park, set up and shot 18 portraits over the course of about 35 minutes.

Some zombies find things from their previous life hard to give up. Apparently slurpies are high on the list.
This was the first time I could make it. Leave me a comment if you were there or if this is you! I'd love to hear from some people who went. You can also add me on

I bought a number of pens, and these were the ones that worked. The white is applied first, because as it dries any ink under it will show through. Black is applied next (with both the thick pen and the Micron 005), then the light red, and then the dark red.
Any Sharpie will do in the place of the black Identi Pen]. The ink from the IP dries to a glossier finish than the ink from the 005, giving the faceless zombies' empty eye sockets a creepier look.
