We went ziplining while on Kauai. I'd never been before; it was a lot of fun!

Went shooting with a cheesy, 40-year-old, 500mm Spiratone mirror lens. It was difficult to shoot with: fixed f8 (more like f9); manual focus with darkened viewfinder; hard to hand-hold pictures with 650mm effective sensor crop; and... it's not a particularly sharp lens.

Why? Just for fun. I wanted to see what it could do, and see some of the "doughnut" bokeh that is characteristic of mirror lenses.
