This young man & his older sister started their own fish taco & turtle soup stand to support 6 of their siblings, after their Mom & Dad were killed in a tragic auto accident! They made the best fish tacos & cahuama(turtle soup) along 10 miles of Pacific Coastline just 10 miles south of Tijuana & full of competing restaurants! Today they have a very well-respected & muy sabrosa menu that was founded on fish tacos & turtle soup/caldo de cahuama. A true success story & attested to by thousands of appreciative foodies!

Taste was fine but clams too chewy... good thing is that they're cooked through :P :) and i think the boss, the father of the young chef, did this dish :P
