Road trip au Yosemite National Park, sublime bol d'air !
Tenaya Lake in Yosemite National Park. Located high above the Yosemite valley, the glacial lake is surrounded by smooth granite monoliths and is amazingly beautiful.
I think this is an obligatory shot if one goes to Yosemite.
Although the rainbow colors in the waterfall were wonderful.
Experiencing the snow is almost ethereal.

A easy early morning hike in Yosemite valley leads to Mirror Lake, a truly spectacular trail for a relaxing hike. Arrive early as this location does become crowded later in the morning.
Vernal Fall is a 317-foot (96.6 m) waterfall on the Merced River just downstream of Nevada Fall in Yosemite National Park.
From Glacier Point (see panorama picture in the middle - www.flickr.com/photos/142421249@N02/48687951368/in/datepo...) you can see the Vernal Fall and the Nevada Fall. A wonderful tour for hiking.
Yosemite National Valley Park is in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. It’s famed for its giant, ancient sequoia trees, and for Tunnel View, the iconic vista of towering Bridalveil Fall and the granite cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome. There is a Vista point that allows you to appreciate the whole valley. Stayed in this place over 2 hours waiting for sunset, other tourists came, took photos, and left… The light shifted and clouds changed so quickly that the view was always different.

There are few things in life one never gets bored of. Travelling to Yosemite in the pursuit of capturing a clearing storm is one such thing for me. Travelling alone through some of the toughest driving conditions I have encountered, the waiting game for the storm to pass and ultimately being rewarded with such a exquisite scene unfold is a feeling that has no parallel!

***Yosemite Firefall, Horsetail Fall
The natural Firefall is one of Yosemite National Park’s most amazing spectacles. Around the second week of February, the setting sun hits Horsetail Fall, which flows over the eastern edge of El Capitan at just the right angle to illuminate the upper reaches of the waterfall. And when conditions are perfect, Horsetail Fall glows orange and red at sunset.
