Great project for using leftover sock yarn! We have a small yoga-group at my work, and I'm gonna make my co-workers very envious with my funky yoga socks. :-D

Yesterday, I was really down and depressed; tired and cranky; tired and tearful......but my Flickr friends were there to support me and boost my spirits. A few of my Flickr friends suggested I get up and move, get out of the house, work-out! So, Melanie and Katcat - this one's for you!!!
I actually got my body up and going today - I even went to the gym! (yay!) I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill - that may not sound like a lot, but for me, it IS!!
And yes, I feel better!!
I hope I can get out of bed tomorrow! LOL!!
