Taken in our garden.

We think this is a Mayfly and probably the Large Dark Olive Mayfly Beetis Rhodani. If it isn't I hope someone will set us straight. The flower on the other hand, is definitely a clematis - Betty Corning.

At first I didn't know he was there. I took a single photo to upload to the big monitor to see if there were stamens inside and there he was, all blurry. So I went back out and made his acquaintance!

Majestic.

Thank you all so much for the kind comments. Really appreciated!

Yesterday, I was really down and depressed; tired and cranky; tired and tearful......but my Flickr friends were there to support me and boost my spirits. A few of my Flickr friends suggested I get up and move, get out of the house, work-out! So, Melanie and Katcat - this one's for you!!!

I actually got my body up and going today - I even went to the gym! (yay!) I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill - that may not sound like a lot, but for me, it IS!!

And yes, I feel better!!

I hope I can get out of bed tomorrow! LOL!!

Yoga is the legacy that that passed down through generations by our ancestors which is the key to be fit and it is essential to do it daily to keep your mind stress free.

The original photo was taken at a No Kings rally held earlier. Photoleap was used to add the yoga practitioner in his MAGA "I Can't hear you!" pose.

Grooming and yoga are about the same thing in a cat's world and they are a great way to spend time when the weather outside isn't nice and life is boring. As his friend and playmate Filou is still sick, Tofu has a lot of time for his yoga at the moment.
