Twenty-six years ago, there was great concern that the turn of the century to the year 2000 would bring horrific computer problems. Dubbed the "Y2K problem," the issue was that computer programs at the time represented four-digit years with only the final two digits, making the year 2000 indistinguishable from the year 1900.
This computer "bug," some experts predicted, would cause a modern-day apocalypse when the clock struck midnight to end 1999, causing computer systems worldwide to malfunction or shut down. Fortunately, however, computer programmers were able to rectify the issue ahead of time, and worldwide catastrophe was averted.
The fun decorative creation shown here is a remembrance of
that time.

As I‘ve not decided on a native macro lens yet, I’m working with E mount lenses and extension tubes. For a change and as I wanted max bokeh I decided to give an M42 lens a chance and opted for my junk shop super tak. The stack of extension tubes, M42 adapter and lens was a bit of an unholy union bolted to my A7iii, but kind of like the effect it gave!

Sparklee is an applier HUD for Aii's Riptide tail. Hand placed rhinestones shimmer down the sides of the tail, while a pattern reminiscent of the 2000's "blingee" fad ripple against the scales. The sparkly starfall design is continued through the fins and waist, both of which have original custom alphas.
Each HUD comes with alpha hiders to customize your look further. You can set fins to mask or blend to push the Sparklee look or have it be more subtle.
Sparklee is built on the Alienwaves. system so it is compatible with any tail that already has their scripts loaded in. The receiver script is also included in the box with instructions if this is your first applier purchase <3
