A macro of a glass of coffee, for Macro Monday, on the theme of beverage.
This was my second try at it, as the first try gave me some very lukewarm image. Also had to take a photo, then leave it for a few seconds, then go back, as the lense kept fogging up!
I was originally going to leave this as colour, but popped it into silver efex after color efex, just to see and I really liked it.
Nikon Z6, 18mm Extension Tube, FTZ, Tamron 90mm Macro Lense, Ring FLash,
Exposure X5, Color Efex Pro 4, Silver Efex Pro 2
Wait for it... it wasn't long before the blast of bright color was just about more than the camera settings could handle.
Extremely bright aurora lit up my whole world down here on the ground.

This was a "see how it goes" session in a nearby village dominated by a high up single track railway bridge. I wanted to see how the very compact Contax C/Y mount 45mm f2.8 lens got on with the Leica SL.
The Contax C/Y lenses have an excellent reputation. This 45mm is no exception. But in the past I've found them difficult to edit on Digital. Any thoughts?
Here for once I've edited the images in various different ways.

旅行还有一点激动人心的,就是不要安排行程.
本来我和QJ想回到江岭的,上了车听了C先生的计划,他们要去庆源-也是婺源最难到达的一个小村庄,所以,所以我们也决定去庆源了...和C先生商量了一下,他们竟然不假思索的答应了,于是我们一路,穿过江岭,穿过里岭,穿过外岭,爬到了山顶,过了山顶,到达了我们不知道的山的另外一头.
山的另外一头居然有一个人工湖泊!这是昨天住在山南面的我们无法想象的,湖泊很静谧,周围星星点点的有一些住户,湖泊也非常大,看上去水很清爽,但是这里距离庆源还是有一段距离的.
凭吊了大好山水之后,我们继续上路了,X5又开始进入爬坡路段,这时候W医生在旁边告诉我,这种道路在美国叫做"Sky Driving",好一个Sky Driving,对英语单词非常着迷的我又学会了一手,Sky Driving的意思是,汽车沿着盘山公路向上,由于坡度陡峭,窗外看到的是蓝天,非常惊险刺激.而这时候X5换作了T老师开...她作为一名女性把这越野车驯的服服帖帖的,十分钦佩.
这次旅行有一个遗憾,就是曾经有驴友进入庆源之时,采用徒步的方式,徒步入村的线路有一石碑,上书"孤魂总祭所",看上去毛骨悚然,我倒是真想看看这块石碑,不过这次是由汽车入村,所以看见了那条徒步道路的路口没有见到石碑.下次如果再有机会,一定要徒步入内,大约从那个路口入村还有4公里的路程.
