I haven't uploaded anything in a coupledays, not because I haven't been doing any photography, but because Ihave been too busy doing photography!
I need to get caught back up!
Iheaded out to Portland last weekend, but I didn't take my camera withme. I wanted to see things in a different perspective, and spent mostof the time talking and hanging out with my friends.
Although, I did take some photos while I was up there, and I will be trickling them out to public view eventually!

Why I Love Being A Photographer!
This image was processed with Dynamic Auto Painter using a custom AOP I made that merges the brushes from the Cezanne and Fragonard AOPs. SInce it was one of the first AOPs I made I cannot remember what I did for the palette.

I stopped at the trail park this evening after work to see if I could get some pictures of the foliage all aflame. Alas, I was on the wrong side of the park for the time of day, but it was still pretty.

I often marvel at how simple it is to find beauty anywhere you
look... my backyard is in no way a natural oasis, it's sitauted beside
; a road and is in need of some serious landscaping, and a new deck but
; I adore my trees. This past spring a pair of chickadees agreeed withme and set up house in a birdhouse I had put up on an old trunk. They were alot of fun to watch and this was my favourite shot, the shadow of mama bird bringing home a green caterpillar for her babies set against a birch tree. Melanie Hunt.
