Habitat NYC Volunteers Beautify the Roy Wilkins Park Family Center During the 2014 MLK Weekend of Service
Not sure what these flowers were doing here. They were in the non-irrigated field on the way to our nearby park. I doubt they are wild. The look like gazania, but I'm not sure. Surprised they could survive here with no summer water.
Just a few shots from a typical weekend day. I've been bad about uploading in a timely fashion lately. I had a few hours while Matthew slept this afternoon to work on these. I have many past weekends worth of similar photos to upload eventually. I'll probably end up bulk uploading those at some point.
I went to Whitby Steampunk Weekend with a friend. It's not something I've ever been involved with, but I love looking at it; there were so many amazing costumes and stalls. I'm not very good at photographing people, which is why I stick to landscapes, but I never will be if I don't try ;)

Aca esta mi adorable parcito con sus ropitas de stock. Realmente amo como se ven! parecen realmente una pareja antigua o un par de "lolitos".
Tambien debo decir que los ojos de Hal se ven muy intensos! me encanta! Tanto asi como los colores vividos en esta foto!
